The Recipe of Healthy Muesli Slice


  • 1 crushed weet-bix
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almond spread
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients

  5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180oC
