December 29, 2019My name's Alex, had a super fun time with Mark Albert my podiatrist, I wanted to avoid surgery so I had a few conservative ingrown nail removal sessions over a couple of months but then things got worse so I went for partial nail avulsion surgery to permanently fix the ingrown nail problem. Slight sting of anaesthetic and then the rest of the procedure was extremely comfortable and relaxing, he even let me choose the music in the background haha. Mark is extremely competent, knowledgeable and fun to chat to, highly highly recommend him for all things foot related.

I had quite a bad ingrown nail that was painful to touch and I was really nervous due to a previously awful experience at another podiatrist, thankfully the team at step relief were marvellous.
