Reassuring top level care for feet. Very pleased with the outcome. I had quite a bad ingrown nail that was painful to touch and I was really nervous due to a previously awful experience at another podiatrist, thankfully the team at step relief were marvellous. They managed to sort the nail without any surgery which was a relief. The team also understood my anxiety and made every effort to make me comfortable and relaxed. Thank you.

My name's Alex, had a super fun time with Mark Albert my podiatrist, I wanted to avoid surgery so I had a few conservative ingrown nail removal sessions over a couple of months but then things got worse so I went for partial nail avulsion surgery to permanently fix the ingrown nail problem. Slight sting of anaesthetic and then the rest of the procedure was extremely comfortable and relaxing, he even let me choose the music in the background haha. Mark is extremely competent, knowledgeable and fun to chat to, highly highly recommend him for all things foot related.
